Indiana High School Football authority Paul Condry and his teams at the Indiana Football Digest and Regional Radio Sports Network collaborate with the Indianapolis Colts organization and dozens of High School coaches across the state of Indiana to create a celebration of Indiana High School Football once per year.

Each year, over 400 guests attend this banquet and award ceremony. Together, the recognize the best players, coaches, and media representatives in Indiana High School Football.

Over 18,000 Indiana Varsity Football players are reviewed by a panel of coaches and sports journalists to determine award recipients.
